This spring arts festival — inspired by the longstanding tradition of the Brandywine Festival of the Arts, founded by Barry Schlecker, Producer/ BarrysEvents, a celebrated regional arts event that has drawn thousands of art lovers to Wilmington since 1961 — offers a fresh seasonal twist on the Wilmington’s cultural celebrations.
